Print Order Process

– Order Form: You fill out our order form. This gives us an understanding of your ideal outcome, and gives you an understanding of what we can achieve with your files. We don’t take orders via email, over the phone or in-person; we’re sticklers for detail (it’s important in our line of work!) and following this process ensures all details are accurately captured and traceable.

– File Assessment: We take a look at your files. We offer file setup services, so you’re free to send in an unprepared file and we’ll take care of the rest. Once we’ve reviewed your form and files, we’ll send feedback about your files along with options and pricing for consideration. When you’ve chosen the right option for you, we’ll confirm your order with an invoice.

– Queued for Print Production: Once payment is received, your job progresses to our print queue. Most jobs are completed within a week, though ultimately turn-around times depend on your order size and the file setup required. Lead times on more larger/more complex projects will be confirmed with you once we’ve reviewed your order.

– Finishing & Packing: We pride ourselves on the care and attention given to the prints we produce. Each and every print is carefully checked for potential print/paper imperfections, and then hand-trimmed to final size. Lastly, prints are packaged in protective materials, either clear archival sleeves or buffered Drewsen tissue.

– Completion: If you are collecting your order, you will be emailed to arrange a collection time. Tracking details will be emailed for postal orders. We can send your prints anywhere in the world, and offer flat rate shipping for prints up to A1 in size (A1+ are by quote). We also provide a dropshipping service, so we can post your prints straight to your customers.
